Instructions/Declaration

All information regarding admission is available on the school website.
Application forms are available ONLINE.
All forms are to be filled up online and the procedure is to be completed by attaching relevant documents, where required. Pay the application fee (Rs. 2000/-) by Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI only. The said amount will not be received by any other mode.
Submit the form online and deposit a printout of the completed form in the drop box at the school reception (Gate 4) between 9.00 am to 4.00 pm (except Sunday and public holidays).
The last date to complete the form, make the payment and submit in the Drop Box is Monday 20 July 2026.
Thereafter please check the website for further instructions.
The next step will be a virtual interaction on Zoom and will tentatively commence from the last week of August . Candidates along with both parents will be required to attend.
Before filling up the Admission Form, please Click here to download the blank Certificate of Health and Fitness, which should be filled by a registered medical practitioner. It is recommended that this certificate be completed before starting the process of filling in the form. Once completed, kindly attach to the admission Form before submitting in the Drop Box.
Please:-
- Deposit only one form per candidate.
- Do not make any changes in the printout of the form. Do not submit applications via fax, e-mail or any mode other than stated. Photocopies of the forms, incorrect or incomplete forms will be considered invalid
- Please check the form for corrections before making the payment. AFTER making the payment NO CHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED.
- Complete the form with all the signatures and submit it in the drop box provided in the school.
- Any further correspondence in this regard will be done via email to the GUARDIAN'S ID provided in the application form. Please ensure that the email and phone number of the guardian are currently in use.

Submit the form online. No hard copy needs to be deposited in the school. A copy of the submitted form is automatically sent to the guardian's email id. Take a printout of the same for your reference. The same is to be kept carefully as you need a printout of the form when you are called for the next stage of the process.
